Friday, February 20
- 8:00am – Visitors meet drivers in Marriott Hotel City Center lobby, drive to MEK
- 8:20 – 9:30 am – Breakfast
- 9:40 – 11:00 am – Overview of the Graduate Program and Faculty Research
- 11:00am – 5:00 pm – Mechanical Engineering Open House Lab Tours and Campus Tours
- 12:00 – 1:00 pm – Department of Mechanical Engineering Lunch
- 1:00 – 2:00 pm – Individual Meetings with Professors
- 2:00 – 3:00 pm – Current Graduate Student Panel and Discussion (and Canyon Sports Ski Boot Fitting)
- 3:00 – 5:00 pm – Individual Meetings with professors
- 5:00 pm – Concluding Message from Director of Graduate Studies, Dr. Fehlberg and Optional
Neilsen Rehab Hospital Tour. - 7:00 pm – Group Dinner with Current U of U ME Graduate Students
Saturday, February 21
Ski/Snowboard
- 7:00 am – Guests meet in Marriott Hotel City Center lobby
- 7:15 am – Depart for Brighton Ski Resort, eat breakfast on the way
- 9:00 am – Ski lifts begin operating.
- Any time – Eat at Alpine Rose (main lodge), look for Mark Fehlberg and Lane Sutton
- 2:45pm – Meet at main lodge
- 3pm – Vans leave
Museum/Ice Skating
- 8:45 am – Guests meet in hotel lobby
- 9:15 am – Breakfast at Eggsburgh
- 9:45 am – Depart for the Natural History Museum
- 10:00am – NHMU opens
- 12:30pm – Lunch at Indochine
- (Optional) – Ice skating @ Gallivan Center after lunch
Saturday, February 21 – Dinner and Downtown
- 6:15pm – Meet in Marriott Hotel City Center Lobby
- 6:20pm – Depart for Red Iguana 2
- 6:30pm – Dinner at Red Iguana 2
